complete handbook for the User of this Product.

This manual has been consciously complied, absolutely from the user’s point of
view, towards the better utilization of these products of all manufacturers. We are
confident that by thoroughly going through this manual, you can be certain of,
knowing more about these products and the various aspects governing them, for
better performance. This manual is an effort in balancing this equation to get a
mutually satisfactory result. Rectification / Replacements etc., have become a
mandatory schedule in every supplier’s end. Although, it is welcome, based on the
evaluation and study of the complaints and observation, we also thought that a little
more care and awareness is definitely required at the user’s end, which can bring in
solutions in-house and at the least possible times. This not only results in avoiding
any chaotic situations between the user and supplier but also eradicates the
production breakdown time, which would be the prime interest of any user.

Hence, we insist that the manual be studied in detail and the said to be implemented
on the various aspects governing the life of the punches and dies & tablet presses.

1. PRODUCT DETAILS

STORAGE TANK – CAPACITY (500 LITERS):

Storage Tank will be made of SS 316; Tank Bottom will be Dished end. The Tank

will be mounted with 4 nos. of the castor wheels. Contact parts will be made of SS

316 & Non contact parts made of SS 304, Lid will be provided with 3/4th opening with

handle. Stirrer will be mounted on top of the Storage Tank. The tanks are

Polished and buffed from inside and outside to give mirror finish and are supplied

complete with lid, one outlet Ø1” Ball Valve, 3 nos. of handle.

STIRRER – CAPACITY 500 LITERS:

Stirrer will be mounted on top of the Storage Tank. Stirrer will be Suitable to mix

syrups and liquids. The stirring shaft and Impeller are made out of stainless steel

316. The motor is mounted along with flange to the fixture which is fitted to the tank.

The length of the shaft is appropriately design to give suitable mixing of the liquid

media. All the contact parts are Mirror finish to give the single piece joint.

V.F.D. (VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE):

V.F.D. will be provided with AC Frequency drives unit made out of the “DELTA”

make (USA) to get the different range of RPM of Stirrer. Panel Board will be fitted to

the Tank.

2. INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNPACKING AND CHECKING

1) Unpack the case and crate carefully under the supervision of a responsible
person and remove the contents without trying to force any package.

2) Check contents with the packing note.

3) Should any shortage be observed in the first check, the cases, individual package, also
the Packing material should be thoroughly searched for a second time in the
presence of a Components, the matter should be immediately brought to the
notice of M/s. Allied. Unit no.: 17, Param Industrial Estate, Naik Pada, Waliv
Vasai (E), District Thane–401 208 , Maharashtra, India.
Telephone nos.: (91–250-2451675) giving full reference of supply.

4) In case of breakage or damage, the nature and extent of each article, component
or Equipment should be documented in clear and precise terms and report must
be sent to The supplier with in a week of the receipt of the supply.

5) All the parts and components should be thoroughly cleared of packing materials
before Assembly with particular reference to moving parts.

6) All contact parts should be washed thoroughly with warm water and soap before
equipment is Put into production.

03: DO'S & DON'TS:

DO’S

Carry out an in house inspection of the received Equipment before installing. The
inspection has to be carried out with a proper inspection instruments.

Make sure that the Equipment received are in accordance to your order, with respect
to the model no., sizes, MOC, surface finish, dimensions, quantity etc. Make a report
for your records.

 DONT’S

Do not collide the equipment at the time of installation, cause this may damage the
performance of the product.

Never use hammer directly on the equipment.

Do not use cotton waste for cleaning the equipment. Use only lint free cotton cloth.
