 At exactly 1:30 PM The LAC session started and presided by Genevieve C. Bael,
Master Teacher 2 of the school. It was held at the Grade IV classroom. The Agenda were:

1. Preparation of DLL and DLP

2. Revisions made in DO 42 series 2016

Mrs. Sonia A. Esmade, Teacher III of the school led the doxology/ opening prayer
through multi-media presentation. It was followed by the singing of the Philippine National
Anthem conducted by Felix Shilo L. Ferrater. An unfreezing routine was then introduced to
the teacher participants by Ma. Chona T. Jasme which makes everybody energized and
ready for the upcoming activities.

Mrs. Genevieve C. Bael then called Glaiza N. Boligao to read the minutes of what
transpired during the previous LAC session. Mr. Santiago M. Elumba then introduced the
facilitator of the day’s LAC session. Through power point presentation, Mrs. Bael started the
lecture by showing the slides of the importance of DO 42 to all teachers and what it requires
teachers in government service. She requested Mrs. Elsa Mdarieta to read the DO 42 series
2016 orally and ask some of the participant of what they have understood of the said order.
With a unanimous answer, “ It requires teachers in government service to make daily lesson
log or daily lesson plan for a particular content.”

She further informed everybody the difference between Daily Lesson Log and Daily
Lesson Plan. It is also

The assessment/ evaluation of outputs was conducted by the facilitator as well as the
participants. The finish product /output was being displayed and was critiqued by each
participating teacher.

The LAC session ended/ adjourned at 4: 35 in the afternoon.
