Hannah

Lauren, how are you today? You look quite ill.

Lauren

Well, I am doing fine, but I might have caught a cold.

Hannah

Your nose is a little red. You should go to bed earlier today.

Lauren

Yes, I think so. I’m a little bit embarrassed. I recall my childhood. You know, when I was
a child, my nose became very red every time I caught a cold, and my classmates
laughed at me.

Hannah

Oh come on, we are all grown up now. It’s only a memory, right?

Lauren

Yes, thanks. My immune system wasn’t so good back then, so I used to get sick every
year when the first snow fell. Anyway, you’re right. It’s only a memory. Besides, I’m so
glad that Christmas is coming.

Hannah

Me, too. I’m excited. What are you doing for Christmas this year?

Lauren

I’ll probably spend it with my best friends. Perhaps we’ll go skiing. Do you want to come
along?

Hannah
