MEMORANDUM:
In line with the upcoming delivery of new workstations and customized furniture to
replace existing furniture assigned at various offices in the Corporate Headquarters and
NCR Housing Operations, please be informed that the General Services Department
will conduct validation, inventory taking and tagging of the existing furniture due for
replacement on the following schedules:
The GSD will assign four (4) inventory teams for this undertaking:
Each team shall be assisted by one (1) LBP personnel and official representative per
office/department.

2. The designated Checker shall validate the property number of the furniture, examine
its actual physical condition and verify the name and the employment status of the
actual user. Information that will be gathered from this undertaking will be forwarded
to the Facilities and Office Services Department to provide reference for the
deployment of new workstations and customized furniture.
5. The LBP personnel will assist the Checker in validating property number and tagging
while the official Representative per office will assist in the verification of the actual
user of the furniture.
6. The designated Recorder shall send thru email the Department’s Inventory
Database accomplished for the day at psmd_gsd@pagibigfund.gov.ph for
consolidation and generation of report.
All offices concerned shall be provided with the result of the inventory taking for
confirmation and cancellation of respective accountability.

MEMORANDUM:
Relative thereto, may we request one (1) official representative from your office as
coordinator who will assist the Inventory Team in this undertaking. Please send the
name of the coordinator at email psmd_gsd@pagibigfund.gov.ph. not later than March
9, 2018.
The coordinator must distribute hereunder forms for accomplishment by the actual user
of the furniture and must be placed on top of the table of each actual user a day before
the scheduled inventory taking:
The accomplished Inventory Tag Forms will be validated and consolidated by the
designated Inventory Team on scheduled inventory taking, after which, Summary
Report of Inventory per office/department will be generated for confirmation by the
concerned Officer/Manager.
