1. United States- Oprah Winfrey – host The Oprah Winfrey Show

Is an American media executive, actress, talk show host, television producer and philanthropist.
She is best known for her talk show The Oprah Winfrey Show, which was the highest-rated television
program of its kind in history and was nationally syndicated from 1986 to 2011 in Chicago. Dubbed the
"Queen of All Media", she was the richest African American of the 20th century and North America's
first black multi-billionaire, and has been ranked the greatest black philanthropist in American
history. She has also been sometimes ranked as the most influential woman in the world.

2. China- Robin Li Yanhong – co-founder Baidu

is a Chinese politician, computer scientist, and internet entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of


the search engine Baidu, and one of the richest people in China, with a net worth of US$18.5 billion as of
October 2017.[1] Li is a member of the 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
Li studied information management at Peking University and computer science at the State University of
New York at Buffalo. In 1996, he invented RankDex, the first web search engine with page-ranking and
site-scoring algorithms. In 2000, he founded Baidu with Eric Xu. Li has been CEO of Baidu since January
2004.
3. Singapore- Eduardo Saverin – co-founder of Facebook
is a Brazilian-born entrepreneur and angel investor. Saverin is one of the co-founders
of Facebook.] In 2012, he owned 53 million Facebook shares (approximately 2% of all outstanding
shares), valued at approximately $2 billion at the time. He also invested in early-stage start-ups such
as Qwiki and Jumio.
4. Canada- Dani Reiss – Canada Goose
is a Canadian businessman, best known for his role as president & CEO of Canadian clothing
company, Canada Goose Inc. Over the past decade, Canada Goose has enjoyed tremendous success with
Reiss overseeing the company's evolution to direct to consumer retail. In 2014, the company opened a
regional sales office and showroom in New York City. In 2016, Canada Goose entered the retail market
and opened flagship stores in Toronto and New York City, and has since opened stores in Boston,
Chicago, Calgary and London, England. In June 2018, Canada Goose announced plans to open stores
located in Montreal, Vancouver and New Jersey. In the summer of 2018, the Toronto-based company
announced its expansion into China with plans to open stores in Beijing and Hong Kong, and a regional
office in Shanghai. On March 16, 2017, Canada Goose opened on the NYSE and TSX as a publicly-traded
company under the ticker symbol GOOS.
Canada Goose is currently sold in 38 countries worldwide.
5. India- Azim Premji - Wipro
Is an Indian business tycoon, investor, engineer, and philanthropist, who is the chairman of Wipro Limited.
He is informally known as the Czar of the Indian IT Industry. He was responsible for guiding Wipro through four
decades of diversification and growth to finally emerge as one of the global leaders in the software industry. In
2010, he was voted among the 20 most powerful men in the world by Asiaweek. He has twice been listed among
the 100 most influential people by TIME Magazine, once in 2004 and more recently in 2011.

He is currently the second richest person in India with an estimated net worth of US$21.5 billion as of May 2019. In
2013, he agreed to give away at least half of his wealth by signing The Giving Pledge. Premji started with a $2.2
billion donation to the Azim Premji Foundation, focused on education in India.
6. Taiwan- Peter Chou - HTC
is the former HTC CEO chief executive officer and a co-founder of HTC. Chou founded HTC with
Cher Wang (王雪紅) and H.T.Cho (卓火土) before being named CEO of HTC in 2004, succeeding H.T.Cho.
In order to spearhead innovation initiatives for HTC, Chou would later serve as head of HTC Future
Development Lab starting early 2015, with Cher Wang succeeding as CEO.
7. Hong Kong- Maxine Ryan - Bitspark
Hong Kong born-and-bred Maxine Ryan is killing it in the male-dominated Fintech (financial and
technology) field. She launched Bitspark—a crypto currency remittance solution for businesses—three
years ago.

The smart cloud-based platform and mobile app enables companies and individuals to send, manage,
and receive payments around the world, at significantly lower exchange rates than you’d see from
traditional money transfer operators.

8. Thailand- Itthipat Peeradechapan – Tao Kae Noi

He is most well-known for his product Tao Kae Noi, a fried seaweed snack, which is sold around the Asia-
Pacific area. He and his family own 73% of the company[2] and Forbes estimated his wealth at $600 million in
2018.[3]
As a young man, Itthipat gained success at playing online games and winning tournament prizes. He invested his
money into selling fried chestnuts, which became popular in Thailand. With this financial backing, he went on to
create the product of packaged deep fried flavored seaweed, which quickly became successful in Thailand, and
was exported to Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States.
9. Malaysia- Kamarudin Meranun – CEO AirAsia

From 1988 to 1993, Meranun worked for the Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank as a Portfolio Manager. He
then moved in 1994 to Innosabah Executive Management as Executive Director. He was appointed Director
of AirAsia in 2001, then as Executive director in 2004, then as Deputy CEO in 2005. He took on the role of Treasurer
on top of that in 2012. Later that year, he moved into the role of Director, and then moved to the role of Chairman
of AirAsia in 2013, a role which he still holds as of 2016. He was appointed CEO of AirAsia X in 2015. He is also a
board member of the Queens Park Rangers Football Club.

10. South Korea- Lee Jae- yong - Samsung

Is a South Korean business magnate and the vice chairman of Samsung, serving as de facto head. He is
the eldest child and only son of Hong Ra-hee and Lee Kun-hee, Chairman of Samsung, and is widely considered to
be his father's future successor.[5] He is referred to as the "Crown Prince of Samsung" by the South Korean media,
and speaks Korean, English and Japanese.[6] Lee is estimated to be worth US$7.9 billion, making him the third
wealthiest person in South Korea.
