We require that every customer submit the Spectrum Contract Buyout form as
well as the last bill from the previous provider, which clearly shows the Early
Termination Fee.
You must install and actively maintain triple play through
redemption process. If triple play is not available, all available
services in the area must be active.
You cannot have had Video service within the last 30 days.
Some providers first send a notice stating your debit/credit card will
be charged on a specific date, we cannot accept this. On your next
bill, will receive your itemized Early Termination Charges. Some
providers may take up to 30 days after sending that notice.
How many TV’s is that for? (Dish and DirecTV all need and work on a per
TV-have Price Sheet in front of you )- (Once you have # of TV’s give them
the price with the Top 120 or 200 package.)
After finding out how much they are paying find out how much we are
saving them—“ Mrs. Johnson you are paying $60.00 with
Mediacom/Dish and we are at $35.00 saving you $300.00 a year-you
work hard for your money—we can install you Tuesday or Wednesday
this week what is best for you?”—Ask this question at least 3 times…..

Do you have a DVR??- If not we are giving them one for FREE…”It will
change the way you watch TV” Pause Live TV-,etc, etc…Rewind and Fast
Forward TV-Record one thing and watch another…It will change the way
you watch TV!!!!
Make sure customer knows that that Installation is free up to six TV’s-All
Equipment is Free, HBO and Showtime is FREE for 3 Months. HD is always FREE
with auto bill pay.
