Viability of Space Laws, Treaties and Principles

Introduction
The prosperous future of the mankind and ever green existence of the world requires the earth to do so, it
is very necessary remain peaceful, and for this the development of the space laws are required. The
Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, COPUOS, was formed in the form of the forum or the
development of international space law. It was formed in 1959. His beginning of the space age led the UN. The
series of many events led the United Nations, to recognize the fact that humanity’s existence was quite can be
impacted by the Space age. It led UN to use utilize the outer space for the welfare of the mankind. It led to the
formulation of, United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs, UNOOSA, in 1962. From the very
beginning of the Space Age, the United Nations recognized that outer space added a new dimension to
humanity's existence. The United Nations family strives continuously to utilize the unique benefits of
outer space for the betterment of all humankind. This paper therefore, will connect the previous
research work done; on the space, related articles and papers and will try to evaluate the work done so
far in a comprehensive manner.
So far, the space is concerned, it has remained a critical dilemma regarding treaties formulation, and
implementation of the space related laws. This paper will focus only, on the treaties made so far, and
the viability of those radical steps, taken so far and their implementation. The paper will also try to
highlight the treaties and organizations, formed in this regard and their implementation of the
regulation; passed by them. Indeed, it’s very hard and difficult task to summarize the whole scenario
in few pages but the boundaries of research are so vast and have extended to a level, that it has made
the hardest ever issues and dilemmas, the solvable on a blink of an eye.
