Error Codes
Important
All messages appear in the Activity Log. Only CRITICAL messages appear in the Service Log. Both logs are available
on the “Logs” tab in the SVT.
Note
Flashing is equal times ON and OFF.
Blinking is a short time ON followed by a longer time OFF.

OCP BUTTONS
• The INCREMENT/DECREMENT BUTTONS have partial function.
• No BUTTON can clear a CRITICAL “E” code error.
• Any BUTTON can clear a CORRECTABLE “U” code user error.
• An INCREMENT BUTTON can operate only when the SCANNER is idle, POD is closed, and no error is
displayed.
• A DECREMENT BUTTON can operate only when the SCANNER is idle, POD is closed, and no error is
displayed.
• The START BUTTON can start a batch only when the SCANNER is idle and no error is displayed (host-computer
dependent).
• Any OCP BUTTON can change the status of the SCANNER from the power saver mode to the active mode (host-
computer dependent).
• POWER BUTTON energizes the SCANNER.

Jam ID Description
0x001 The POD was opened during scanning.
0x002 The POD was opened when starting scanning.
0x003 The POD was opened when stopping scanning.
0x100 The UDDS was blocked, and the blocked condition was not expected.
0x101 The blocked condition was not stable, and it changed to a “blocked” or “unknown” status.
0x102 The UDDS was not initialized.
0x200 The document is too large.
0x201 The document is too small.
0x202 Two consecutive leading edges were detected at the FRONT CAMERA.
0x203 Two consecutive leading edges were detected at the BACK CAMERA.
0x204 Two consecutive trailing edges were detected at the FRONT CAMERA.
0x205 Two consecutive trailing edges were detected at the BACK CAMERA.
0x206 Paper might be blocking the CAMERA SENSOR.
0x208 The UDDS leading edge was not expected.
0x209 The leading edge was not expected when in the gap. The FEEDER CLUTCH was off.
0x210 The measurement for the minimum gap is too small.
0x211 The path was blocked before the UDDS calibration.
0x212 The path was blocked when energizing or starting normal power.
0x400 The maximum documents were exceeded for the DISTANCER IRQ.
0x401 The maximum documents were exceeded for the DISTANCER FRONT CAMERA SENSOR.
0x402 The maximum documents were exceeded for the DISTANCER BACK CAMERA SENSOR.
0x404 Intelligent Document Protection detected a jam.
0x600 The ELEVATOR is too full - normal.
0x601 The ELEVATOR is too full - not normal.
0x602 The ELEVATOR is too full in the “paused” status.
0x603 The ELEVATOR is too full after an attempt to clear.
0x604 The ELEVATOR is too full during a request for active mode.
0x605 The ELEVATOR is too full during a request for power saver mode in the “overloaded” status.
0x606 The ELEVATOR is too full during a request for power saver mode in the “idle” status.

0x83 The ELEVATOR HOME SENSOR is in the “waiting for stackup” status and going in the wrong
direction.

0x70 IDP POST - Intelligent Document Protection was not detected when energizing, or no
communication occurred.
ID Description
0x50 The PRINT HEAD is missing.
0x60 The PRINTER boot firmware is missing, has damage, or did not send communication during
setup.
0x61 The PRINTER application is missing, has damage, or did not send communication.
0x62 The PRINTER boot firmware is missing, has damage, or did not send communication.
0x63 The PRINTER CARRIAGE is disconnected or broken.

0x01 The USB FIFO is not empty.
0x02 The USB FIFO is not empty.
0x11 The image buffer is not empty.
0x12 The image buffer is not empty.
0x64 The image buffer is 100% full.

0x00 The UDDS detected a multifeed.
0x01 The document length detected by the UDDS exceeded the maximum.
0x02 The document length detected by the FRONT CAMERA (special document mode) exceeded the
maximum.
0x03 The document length detected by the BACK CAMERA (special document mode) exceeded the
maximum.

0xa1 The USB Event Endpoint Queue exceeds the threshold (“paused” when entering idle). The host
computer may not be receiving data.
0xa2 The USB Event Endpoint Queue exceeds the threshold (“paused” when in idle). The host
computer may not be receiving data.
0xa3 The USB CABLE was disconnected when preparing to scan.
0xa4 The USB CABLE was disconnected when scanning (processing).

0xf2 The front capture “footer” is missing.

Description: A paper jam occurred in the TRANSPORT.
Action: 1. Check the TRANSPORT for paper jams.
