During the first 3 months, it didn't make any profit, so I had to raise my company
profile by launching more advertising campaigns and taking on new productive
employees. I was really lucky to hire Peter who is now my right-hand man.
Thanks to his creativity, my company has benefited a great deal from his
outstanding ideas, otherwise, we could have gone belly up.
→launch:
· launch something to start an activity, especially an organized one
to launch an appeal/an inquiry/an investigation/a campaign
to launch an attack/invasion
· launch something to make a product available to the public for the first
time
a party to launch his latest novel
The new model will be launched in July.
Prior to launching a new product, I have always devoted a great deal of time
and efforts to it because I don't want to go back to the drawing board. I have
never laid anyone off. Instead, I motivate them so that they can maximize their
potential.
