SUBJECT: JOB ORDER

The following duties and responsibilities are hereby appointed to Ms. Lourder A. Felizadio to this
Office.

As liaison staff, Ms. Felizadio is in charge of working with different people, department and
offices, organizations or agencies to help them accomplish a common goal.

To do this, must oversee communications, and coordinate efforts between these different
entities as well as the general public.

 Oversee internal communications


 Coordinate efforts between different offices and constituents
 Will work in both the private and public sectors
 Monitor and ensure locator board is observed
 Ensure completion of daily administrative duties
 Provide support to volunteer and casual staff
 Assist in the day to day operations of the Tourist Information Center
 Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as required

As such, all Tourism Office employees shall be informed and observe the duties and
responsibilities of Ms Felizadio.
