Madam;
Greetings of happiness and blessings.
I have the pleasure of working in San Vicente National High School, Prosperidad IV, San Vicente,
Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. I have developed good relations with fellow teachers and students there.
But my problem is I travel all the way from the remote area of Barangay Padiay, Sibagat, Agusan del Sur
to San Vicente National High School weekly, which is so tiring for me. Thus, I am making this request to
transfer to Padiay National High School of Home Indutries for the following reasons:

1. I am a resident of Barangay Padiay, Sibagat, Agusan del Sur.

2. Im a member of the indigenous people in the said Barangay, and I think it is much better for me
to impart my knowledge and learning to my fellow tribesmen.
3. I graduated at Padiay National High School of Home Industries year 2011 and I think it is best for
me to impart not only my knowledge to the students but also the inspiration of my story of
becoming a teacher, which will serve as a motivation to them to do their best in school.
4. The school location is only a 100 meters from my residence.

To make it easier, I have found Teacher Jason Nabaunag which is a resident of Los Arcos, Prosperidad,
Agusan del Sur and is currently assigned at Padiay National High School Of Home Industries, who is
willing to trade places with me. He has subject expertise which are very similar to mine, thus San Vicente
National High School will find him a suitable transferee.

I would be very grateful and happy together with my family if you grant me this request . thank you and
more powers.
