Labor Requirements

To run business well, every employee must comply with his/her duties and responsibility.
The following requirements are:
 Resume
 PSA
 Diploma
 Barangay Clearance
 Police Clearance
 NBI Clearance
 Health Certificate
Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications
Shenrice will employ production staff and sales staff. The production staff is the one who
will handle for the operation of the business every day and the sales staff for selling the product.
Production Staff
The production staff will monitor the raw materials that are used in the production. They
are the one who will buy the appropriate ingredients; will monitor the deficiency of tools and
equipment; will prevent unclean production and the one who will cook. In addition, they will
monitor the daily expenses.
Sales Staff
The sales staff will be the one who is in charge in packaging and selling the product to the
market. In addition, they will monitor the daily income. Sales staff must have good
communication skills and pleasing personality.

3. 18-35 years old
4. At least high school graduate
6. Has good communication skills
7. With pleasing personality
9. Has a responsibility and dedication for work
Compensation
A minimum wage of Php 373.00 per day for our employees, it is Php 46.63 per hour. The
salary is accurate to the job or tasks that are given to them.

EMR (Equivalent Monthly Rate)


The following formula is applicable only in computing the basic EMR of employees who
do not work and are not considered paid on Saturdays and Sundays or rest days:
Where: ADR (Applicable Daily Rate) which is P373.00
Working Days: 365 – 52 Sundays– (19 Holidays – 3 Sunday of Holidays)
297 days
EMR = (ADR x Working Days)/12
=Php (373 x 297 days)/12
=Php. 110,781 / 12 months
=Php.9,231.75 /month
Overtime Work Pay
Overtime work is only allowed if there is a problem like on worker is unavailable and if
they need to reach the break over point. For the additional compensation, the computation for the
daily salary will be as follows:
Table 31 shows the overtime rate of the employee.

Overtime Pay= ((Daily Rate/8 hours) x 25% x excess hour


= ((P373/8 hours) x .25) x 4 hours
= (46.63 hour rate x .25) x 4 hours
= 11.66 overtime rate x 4 hours
= Php 46.63

Take Home Pay=Daily rate + overtime pay


=Php 373 + Php 46.63
=Php 419.63
For Weekly Overtime Pay = Take Home Pay x number of operating days per week
= PHP 419.63 x PHP 6 days
=PHP 2,517.78
Bonus and Incentives
Shenrice will give bonus and incentives to staff who will give their best to their task, and
to the staff who has dedication for his/her work.
Christmas Bonus: 100% of the Salary
Performance Bonus: 35% of the Salary
Punctual Bonus: 15% of the Salary

Organizational Policies
In order to ensure quality control over quality products as well as to build a harmonious
relationship with the employees, customers, and even suppliers, the business will have the
following organizational polices:
1. Every applicant must comply with the standards set by the partners.
2. The employees must report on time as indicated in the production schedule.
3. Appropriate compensation plus the mandated benefits will be provided to the employees.
4. Quality control, sanitation and the proper waste disposal must be observed throughout the
business operation and location.
5. Quality raw materials must be carefully chosen so as to produce quality products.
6. Consuming or being in possession of alcohol or illegal drugs on company premises, or on any
company jog-site, is prohibited.
7. Fighting, practical jokes or otherwise interfering with other workers is prohibited.
8. Theft, vandalism or any other abuse or misuse of company property is prohibited.
9. All work shall be carried out in accordance with appropriate safe work practices.
10. Only those tools that are in good repair, with all guards and safety devices in place shall be
used.
11. Every worker shall keep his/her work area neat, clean and orderly.
