No. 762 -VET/2017-18 Dated : 03.01.2018 Notification regarding the recurring grant sanctioned up to March, 2018 In favour of the VICs submitted correct Utilisation Certificate Pursuant to our earlier notification no, 441-VET/2017-18 dt 31.08.2017, this 1s to state that the list of 1464 VTCs have submitted Utilisation Certificate (UC) as per records updated till 31.12.2017 and recurring grant was sanctioned up to March, 2018. Annexure ~ A (Part- I to IV) is enclosed for ready reference. () Annexure-‘A’ (Part-I)_: 400 VTCs ( Code 0001 to 2651). (2) Annexure-'A’ (Part-II); 400 VICs ( Code 2654 to 3773). (3) Annexure (Part-IM) ; 400 VTCs ( Code 3775 to 6785) (4) Annexure-'A’ (Part-IV) : 264 VICs ( Code 6786 to 9813). Now, the Head of the Institutes / Coordinators of the remaining VICs are requested to submit proper UC with SoE within 20.01.2017 in the given format (Refer earlier notification bearing Memo No. 163-VET/2017-18 at 01.06.2017). It may be appreciated that Recurring Grant-in-Aid for teaching / learning process is to be utilized within the current financial year (01.04.17 to 31.03.18) only and claim of spillover recurring grant can not be entertained from the next year budget (2018-19).
