To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to introduce to you, Mr. John Paz, a highly valued teaching member of our staff for six years. His
assignment has been with our behavior intervention unit students of varying abilities. Mr. Paz is, in my opinion, a truly
gifted educator. He quickly develops good rapport with his students, establishes solid routines and employs consistent
and fair practices in his classroom.

Mr. Paz took an active interest in the well-being of each of his students. His students responded well to his engaging
approach to education and genuine interest in them. Under Mr. Paz’s guidance and encouragement, his students
consistently realized measurable gains.

As a staff member, Mr. Paz was pleasant and cooperative. He has a delightful sense of humor and contributed much to
the staff, both professionally and socially.

It has been my pleasure to have worked with Mr. Paz. He is a hardworking, well organized, committed teacher who has
given much to our students. He enjoys the respect of his students, his fellow teachers, and the school administration.

I am pleased to recommend him without reservation, for any position requiring hard work, initiative, loyalty and
dedication. Please contact me if you have need of any further information.

Respectfully Submitted,

Lucila Perez
Behavioral Intervention Teacher
