(Groomer)
Job Description

1. Provide proper grooming services (quality service must observe)

a. Haircut
b. Bath
c. Nail Trim
d. Ear cleaning
e. Toothbrushing
f. Blow drying
g. ETC (any service we can offer)
2. Maintain cleanliness at all time both clinic and grooming area
a. Proper and timely waste disposal
b. Proper cleaning procedure in clinic area (for Disease and Non-Diseased area)
3. Maintain all grooming tools neat and cleaned after all grooming services provided
4. Support all staff in operation if possible
a. Assistance with the doctor
b. Animal Handling
c. Weighing
d. Temperature checking
5. Punctuality and Diligence should be observed at all times.
6. Proper Manners and service oriented attitudes towards client should be observed.

Compensations

1. Fixed salary of P 6,000.00 a month, shall be given in halves every 15th and 30th of the month.
2. Professional fee of 25% in any grooming services at current price, this may vary upon the
discretion of Zootopia Management.
3. Free Lunch or Meal Allowance of P50, it depends upon the situation.

Bonus and Benefits

1. SSS, Pag-Ibig (HDMF) and Philhealth.

2. 13th month pay computation is based on the date of regularization.
3. Guaranteed annual salary increase based on evaluation of job performance and attitude.
minimum of P400 and maximum of P600
4. All salary shall be made free of tax, and may vary if the government regulatory insists.

Any fraudulent acts, misbehaviors, and unlawful deeds are subject to appropriate level of sanctions.
