• Data Analysis – Analyzing data short term long term trends, report generation, graphical representation,
and management reports.
• Send daily/monthly/weekly monitoring reports and highlight deviations/exceptions.
• Build claim reports for interest bearing/interest paid cases for various offices.
• Maintain claim trend reports for each LOB as per client’s MBOs.
• Working with other vendor sites on various client joint initiatives and ensuring effective support.
• Understanding abnormalities in client reports and registering tickets with the client technical groups.
• Effectively manage client SharePoint reports for overtimes/training statuses.
