JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Digital Marketing Executive


Job Type: Full time
Department: Marketing

Job Description
1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
2. Oversee a social media strategy.
3. Write and optimize content for the website and social media accounts such as Facebook,
Instagram and Twitter
4. Track and analyze web traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
5. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwelling
time or improving conversion.
6. Provide support on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
7. Create content for email marketing campaigns.
8. Identify trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the
forefront of industry developments.
9. Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirement, habits and trends.
10. Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and
marketing efforts.
11. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social
media, email blast, etc.).

Qualification
1. Writing skills. Content writing and copywriting will be an integral part of the job.
2. Project management skills. Digital marketing executives also need to be good at handling time-
sensitive projects and working deadlines.
3. Designing Skills. Knowledge and experience in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
4. Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role.
5. Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.
6. Demonstrate experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
7. Well-organized and detail-oriented.
8. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
9. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
10. AdWords management knowledge and experience are a plus.
11. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
