STAGES WITNESSED :
1) Visual and Dimension check as per approved drg. and found within tolerance limit values.
2) Verification of Name plate, terminal box location, clearance and terminal type, cable gland, direction of rotation &
mounting-Found as per approved Datasheet.
3) Measurement of resistance on main winding and space heater-Found Satisfactory.
4) No load test and 1\2 an Hour running test, Locked rotor test & reduced Voltage running up voltage test- Test results
found satisfactory.
5) Measured IR before and after HV test on main winding and space heater by 500 VDC Megger and test values found
satisfactory.
6) HV test carried out @ 2 KV on main windings and @ 1.5 KV on space heater for 1Min withstood the test satisfactory.
7) Measured vibration and found within limit.
8) Physical tests at  NABL accredited lab manufacturer’s in-house testing facility on representative samples identified by
TUV – found to meet the specification requirements.
Documents/records reviewed:
Reviewed Internal Type test reports, Material test reports, In-process Inspection report, IP Certificate, short ckt withstand
test report for terminal box, ERTL & PESO Certificate.
NCR/WAIVER(If Any) :
IDENTIFICATION : Inspected Motors were identified with Motor Tag Number and Serial number.
ORDER STATUS :  Complete Incomplete
DATE(s) OF INSPECTION : 02/06/2018
CONCLUSION : All items were inspected within the scope defined in approved QAP/ITP & found to
meet the requirements of purchase order & specification.
All measuring instruments/ equipment were verified for continued suitability for intended use, proper identification, maintenance, calibration status,
traceability to national standards & found satisfactory.
