I am writing to apply as an English Teacher/ESl Teacher position at the University of

Southern Philippines Foundation. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
and have earned a total of 33 units in Professional Education. Currently, I am finishing
my TESOL Certification at Tesol Training lnternational Cebu. I am confident in my ability
to become a valuable member of your teaching staff.

I have been teaching in an ESL School in Cebu City for six months. Being a versatile
educator, I have taken the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students from various
backgrounds and all facets of society. As a result, I am a compassionate teacher, who
remains sensitive to learners unique needs, employs effective listening, provides support,
integrates multicultural teaching, and offers positive encouragement and reinfore,ement
to keep learners focused and motivated.

One of the most effective ways that I assist ESL students that I can apply at USPF is by
developing and presenting a comprehensible and stimulating lesson plans that facilitate

all learning styles. research, locate, and incorporate a variety of resources to
accommodate students via visual, auditory, and kinesthetic method. My goal is to foster
and maintain an open, honest, communicative, and supportive classroom, in which each
student feels safe, secure, and appropriately challenged.
