Shenrice will be open five (5) days a week for eight hours (8). The members are assigned
to each task so that the business will operate organized. The business will buy raw ingredients
from the market. In making the product, the fried rice will be cooked first at home; as it is the
main ingredient and it will be wrapped in the lumpia wrapper. It takes 4 hours to make 400
shenrice with two (2) kitchen staff. The uncooked shenrice will be delivered to the store and
from there, the kitchen staff will fry it to serve it fresh and hot to the customers. Selling staff are
assigned to serve the product. The store is located along Pamantasan ng Cabuyao. This location
will be very convenient for both customers and employees. In addition, it is also good for the
store because the target customers are students, school staff, and professors.
Upon arrival, customers will be greeted immediately by the selling staff and asked for the
number of Shenrice that they will buy. Once the customer’s order is taken, the production staff
will start the frying process. When it is cooked, the selling staff will serve the hot and fresh
Shenrice in a banana leaf to the customer. Shift changes for all staff that will involve cleanup,
restocking and preparation. The owners makes sure that the facilities are well-industrialized,
observed cleanliness, and good maintenance of equipment. As well as the storage containers are
properly sanitized.
