ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN BRIGADA ESKWELA 2019

I. INTRODUCTION

DepEd Memorandum No. 12, s. 2006 otherwise known as National Schools Maintenance
Week or commonly called Brigada Eskwela, aims to prepare the school one week before its
formal opening of classes.
The multifarious concern of school demands working with others to accomplish designed
tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated school personnel, cooperative parents,
accountable community and innovative learners.

II. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN

On Day 1, I attended the State of the School Address of the Principal, started sorting
papers for disposal, reuse/recycling and removal of cobwebs and cleaning of hallway
fronting the designated classroom
On Day 2, completed the sorting of papers, dusting of furniture, attended the seminar
at the Perez Hall, procured rubber mat and glue to make rubber tips for stools and tables
and and started reproduction of rubber tips from
On Day 3, purchased paint and painting materials, started minor repainting of
dilapidated walls, continued reproduction of rubber tips

On Day 4, continued reproduction of rubber tips and installation/glueing of rubber tips

on stools and tables, Painting the chairs, Cleaning of hallway fronting the classroom,
attended the anti-illegal drugs seminar
On Day 5, dusting of furniture, cleaning of classroom, attended the financial literacy
seminar, cleaning of chalkboard
On Day 6, Attended the closing program, Continued minor repainting of dilapidated
walls, minor repairs of portions of lab stools, painting of white lab stools and lab table
edges, installation of projector, replacement of curtains, cleaning of classroom and other
finishing touches
