8. Strength of concrete required
9. Framing Layout
10. Size of structural members and thickness
11. Number of bars spacing and clearance between bars
12. Concrete covering
13. Location of splicing for beams and columns
14. Spacing of stirrups and ties (stirrups & ties be in contact with the main bars)
15. Provision of camber for long cantilever beams and slab
16. Plumbness and leveling of structural members
17. Additional reinforcement on beams with pipe sleeves
18. Profile of tendons and number of wires, if any
19. Anchorage of tendons, if any
20. Dowel requirements
21. Depression of all toilets, patios and balconies
22. Waterproofing system and flashing height from floor finish level along wall
23. Architectural treatment / detail for exterior façade
24. Provision of riglet (waterproofing edge cover) for all deck area

B. ARCHITECTURAL (For Checking):

1. Set back & layout
2. Elevation of all existing structure
3. Stairway head rooms and its width
4. Number of steps (stairway)
5. Width of hallway
6. CHB fillers, etc. (if it’s complied with standard and approved materials)
7. Location of toilets; check clear dimensions, i.e. shower, toilet and lavatories
8. Preparation of surface for all finishes
9. Plumbness and alignment of wall & ceiling finishes
10. Alignment of C.O. and switches
11. Square-ness of all opening
12. Plumbness of column plastering
13. Leveling of roof gutter
14. Workmanship on edging of cabinet and closet doors
