SECOND PARENTS’ DAY
November 09, 2018 @ FRSCES Hall, Butuan City

Meeting was called to order at 9 AM at the FRSCES Hall.

Agenda:
1. Awarding of Honor Students and Giving of Special Awards
2. Signing of Report Cards
3. Update on the Students’ Performance in this quarter
4. Reminding Learner’s School Contributions
5. Reminding of Documents to be submitted by each learner

Program Proper:

 Invocation
 Philippine National Anthem
 Welcome Remarks
o Was given by Mrs. Emilita B. Engalan, the AVISS-Annex OIC
 Awarding of Honor Students and Giving of Special Awards
o To recognize the students’ efforts made during the 1st Quarter, the Honor students are awarded
with a certificate.
o Also, special awards like Perfect Attendance Award for each month within the 1st Quarter period
have been also given to the learners.
o Parents were also given Certificate of Appreciation for their undying support shown to the
awardees.
 Pictorials
o Each section awardees were requested to be on stage together with their parents, adviser and
school OIC.
 Signing of Report Cards
o The students together with their parents were requested to proceed to the respective classrooms
for the signing of report cards.
o Also, with regards to the grades of the students, the parents/guardians were advised to go to the
respective subject teachers for any clarifications.
