The automated system for control and measurement of energy resources NCRE-002 provides actual in-
formation about resource consumption, allows to control costs automatically and check arrears immedi-
ately, and thereby get rid of cash deficiency for housing and utilities companies.

The system NCRE-002 includes the following subsystems:

1. Primary means of measuring.

2. Controller NCRE-002, recieving data from the primary means of measuring.

3. Software for smartphones and WEB which provides data visualization, as well as information exchange
between the NCRE-002 controller and cloud servers.

4. Cloud servers to exchange information between the NCRE-002 controller and smartphones, information
processing and storage, and transfer to users and third-party information systems.

The standard Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi, GSM or NB-IoT wireless interfaces are used for data exchange
between subsystems. The automated system for monitoring and measurement of energy resources NCRE-
002 has been successfully tested in the manufacturer laboratory. The certificate of conformity received.

The NCRE-002 controller

The user can perform the following actions via smartphone or Web:

1. Analyze monthly, daily and hourly consumption of water, energy, gas,

heating.

2. Control report sending to payment center.

3. Receive emergency events messages.

The NCRE-002 controller analyzes the water flow rate of water, energy,
gas, heating flow, temperature (build-in sensor), flooding sensor, magnetometer readings and warns user
about the following emergency situations:

• Leakage • Low battery

• Hot and cold water mixing • Open circuit
• Fire • Short circuit
• Freezing • Unauthorized consumption of resources in the pro-
