I invite kind attention to the reference 3rd cited above, where in the Engineer-in-
Chief, PR,V&QC, Hyderabad has instructed the Superintending Engineer, PR, Warangal to
submit the action taken report on the finding of GA (V&E) Dept. Further the Engineer-in-
Chief, PR, Hyderabad has also instructed this office to take follow up action with
Superintending Engineer, PR, Warangal for early submission of ATR.
In this regard, the Superintending Engineer, PR, Warangal is requested to take
action for rectification and to furnish the action taken report on the finding of GA (V&E)
Dept. for the work C/o HLB Across Akeru vagu on R/F MRL7 PWD Road to Macharajupally
via Dupa Thanda and Annaram, Parvathagiri (M) PMGSY II, Pkg AP21 131417with Est Cost.
Rs.345.21+8.63 Lakhs (Part A+B) that to grout the beam girders of High level bridge
across Akeru vagu, Parvathagiri and also to ensure the strength of the beam girder at honey
combing patches” and not to release the deposits till the submission of action taken report
on the finding made by GA(V&E) to Engineer-in-Chief, PR office duly marking a copy to
this office at the earliest.

I invite kind attention to the reference 3 rd cited above, where in the Engineer-in-Chief,
PR,V&QC, Hyderabad has instructed the Superintending Engineer, PR, Warangal to submit the
action taken report on the finding of GA (V&E) Dept. appraisal report 76 (C 16/V&E/E III/2018)
Dt.28.07.2018 . Further the Engineer-in-Chief, PR, Hyderabad has also instructed this office to
take follow up action with Superintending Engineer, PR, Warangal for early submission of ATR.
In this regard, the Superintending Engineer, PR, Warangal is requested to take immediate
action on the following recommendation of V&E.
i) Caution the concerned technical sanctioning authority not to sanction the
estimate with laying of MSS directly over WMM as it is not permissible as per
design criteria of MORTH,and

ii) Recover an amount Rs.13,142/- from M/s Sai Sri Infrastructure, Hanamkonda
towards deficiencies.

In view of the above, the Action taken report on the findings made by GA(V&E) may be
submitted to Engineer-in-Chief, PR office duly marking a copy to this office at the earliest.
