Weber Game Fair BBQ Hire - Consumer Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions "Weber" refers to Weber-Stephen Products UK Ltd. The below T&C’s
refer to Weber’s participation in Game Fair 2019.

Purchasing tickets for BBQ hire

1. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not
re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A
breach of this condition will entitle Weber to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund,
compensation or liability.
2. If you order or buy more tickets than the maximum permitted per person, per card or per
household, we may cancel all of the order or tickets, in which case you will be refunded the ticket
price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid.
3. To prevent fraud and protect Weber and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked
to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your
booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets.
4. You must inform Weber of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both
before and after receipt of the tickets. Our contact details are below. Our preferred method to
contact you is email, so you should take care to provide a current, valid email address and be
aware that your email filter settings may treat our emails as spam or direct them to your junk
folder.

BBQ collection

5. The make and model of the BBQ for hire is a Weber Q1200 portable gas BBQ
6. Tickets will be despatched to you electronically from Event Brite
7. You must show a copy of your e-ticket as well as a valid UK form of ID when collecting your BBQ
8. A clearly marked Weber BBQ collection point can be found at the camping site at Game Fair
9. There will be specified collection timings for each day. These are follows:

Wednesday 24th July 2019: 3pm to 6pm

Thursday 25th July 2018: 2pm to 5pm

Outside of these hours, please contact 07766121915 to arrange collection.

10. Always check your tickets upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes when
ordering cannot always be corrected and any corrections are discretionary.

Ticket price

11. Deposit of £283 required upon collection (in addition to the £35 hire fee) which is refunded in full
when you return the BBQ, or you could decide to keep it for 25% off the RRP. Total upfront cost
for hire is £318.00

BBQ return process

12. If you wish to return your BBQ at the end of Game Fair, this must be returned within the timelines
set out below:
- Please return before 12pm on Monday 29th July 2019. Any BBQ’s returned after this
date and time may be liable to the full purchase cost and not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds

13. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons
set out in these terms and conditions.

Cancellation change or postponement of an event

14. Decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of the organiser (Game Fair). Weber
cannot guarantee to inform you of any change or cancellation of any event or be held responsible
for refunds or for any resulting costs you may incur
15. You must return your BBQ in good working condition. If you do not, you may be liable for the full
purchase cost of the device. Fair wear and tear is acceptable.

Refunds

If you wish to apply for a refund, this must be done through the above email address. Please ensure
you quote the name on the booking and the booking reference number.

16. Any refund will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 14
days of the original date of the event or the date
17. Refunds are at the discretion of Weber
18. The refund of the deposit will be £283.00
