MOTION FOR EXTENSION TO FILE COUNTER AFFIDAVIT

RESPONDENT PSSG JOEMART BARCELONA ABELLA,

through the undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable Prosecutor, most
respectfully avers that:

1. The respondent received the subpoena last June 13, 2019;

2. The deadline of filing the counter affidavit of the respondent is today June
24, 2019;

3. Considering the number of complaints lodge against the respondents, the

complexity of the allegations and the documentary evidence needed to be
retrieved, the time is not sufficient to prepare a comprehensive counter
affidavit;

4. She needs additional ten (10) days from today or until July 4, 2019; and

5. As such, it is respectfully prayed that the respondent be given additional

ten (10) days extension from today or until July 04, 2019 to file a counter
affidavit.

PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most respectfully prayed that the

respondent be given additional ten (10) days from today or until July 04, 2019
to file a counter affidavit.
