Job Role & Responsibilities

 Generating new clients in all verticals by making cold calls.


 Responsible for generating leads over Telephone/E-Mail/Skype and following it up for
requirements.
 Maintaining client relationship with old and new clients.
 Regular follow up calls with HR professionals.
 Getting Recruitment orders from new and old clients and sharing the J.D. to recruiter.
 Price negotiation and Get the Order.
 Candidate will be responsible for doing cold calling, generation of leads.
 Will be responsible for bringing clients for the consultancy
 Candidate having any kind of sales experience can apply, experience in HR industry is not
mandatory.
 Candidate from tele calling, lead generation, cold calling, BPO, in house sales will be an
added advantage.
 This is in house sales profile, it will not involve any kind of field work
