Mini unit Assignments Reflection

For the min assignment, I think this is a tool to help me change my life. It is not hard

to finish. And I learned many thing from it. For example, how to do work out ect. However,

right now, I can’t use the 168 hours assignment as a tool because my time change a lot in

this month.

Since I just finished my FITT assignment, I not very know if this FITT can change my

life or not. Also, I don’t know what workout I can do. Before this min assignment, I only

do push up and running. After this project feel like I need to do more different kind of

workout. Overall for this assignment I think it is helpful if I can follow what I write.

However, in real life something must stopping you form doing it. For example, before the

exam week, I usually don’t want to spent time on work out.
