figures from sales or some research data. Whether you are a student
having to remember what you have learned  in school or a working
professional having to remember things on day to day life these

I sat down with Guinness World Record Holder in Memory Krishan
Chahal for an interview for The Inspiring Talk Podcast which is one of
the most downloaded episodes on all different platforms. This episode
has a lot to learn from specially if you are struggling with memorizing
things in your life. I have compiled these amazing tips so that you can
keep these tips with you all the time or even print this.
The basic foundation of each of these techniques is to create visual
picture as our brain retains visual picture and stories more longer than
anything else. In this ebook you will learn how to use these visual
pictures to remember different bit of information.

MEMORIZING
almost anything

As you approach to the new person or

see on book or T.V. make a note of the
characteristic feature of that person's
face. e.g, long nose, big eyes, wide
smile.
Ask the name of person and repeat
Remembering once after him/her.
Extract some funny word or easy to
remember word from his/her name. e.g,
NAMES for Barack Obama the word could be
brick.
AND Associate the characteristic feature of
that person with funny word you have
FACES created in the most awkward way
possible. e.g, For Barack Obama with
wide smile the awkward association
would be Barack eating brick with wide
smile.
As you are having conversation call
that person's name 2-3 times and
refresh the association you have
created.
Next time you meet the person, first
thing that comes to your mind is the
mental picture you created and would
be easier to remember the name.

MEMORIZING

Number Rhyme Method

Assign each number from 0-9 with a
rhyme. e.g, 1 is sun, 2 is shoe, 3 is tree,
9 is wine.
Next, when you need to remember the
number such as date- 1923 you can
create a short mental picture of sitting
on sun and drinking wine hanging shoes
on tree.
Remembering
Letter Number Method

NUMBERS Assign each number from 0-9 a unique

letter and memorize them. Don't assign
vowels to any number. e.g, 3 as F, 6 as
T, 1 as M, 2 as K etc.
When you need to remember number
e.g, 316112 you can now make a word
using respective letters.
316112 is FM TM MK but this makes no
sense.
Now use vowels to make this more
memorable.  FaMe ToM MiKe
Convert above memorable term to a
specific visual picture. e.g, Imagine
FaMe and sale of company rising
because of hardwork by ToM and MiKe.

Again to remember list, as you go down

the list build a very interesting story.
Extract a very funny/awkward name
from each name and build your story
with clear visual in your brain.
e.g, if you need to remember list of
these countries: Croatia, Portugal,
Remembering Kenya, Maldives, Baharain.
You can extract funny name from each
items on list such as crow, port, can,
LISTS dive, rain.
Once you have those memorable terms
convert them to a beautiful story. e.g,
A CROW flying over PORT CANNOT DIVE
on water while RAINING.
This makes the whole list much easier
to remember in the exact sequence.
