warranty period. You are responsible for the establishment and follow up of the
time schedule for your assigned projects.
� Coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up,
construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities in alignment with
contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.
� Ensure correct handling, storage and installation of ABB-delivered equipment,
coordinate on-site storage as well as shipment logistics to secure timely site
delivery of equipment and material.
� Manage sub-contractors on site hired by ABB to ensure necessary H&S, quality and
progress objectives are achieved to meet delivery date and agreed standards.
� Do detailed review of cost calculation, and tender documentation at project
handover from sales and ensure availability of all documentation and information
from tender phase to entire project team
� Manage the site works including setup, installation, commissioning and closedown
activities.
