Subject : DESIGNATION OF MRS. NENITA C. MESA AS

OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

1. This is to announce the designation of MRS. NENITA C. MESA as Officer-In-

Charge of Mahabang Parang Elementary School, Binangonan I District
Effective August 03 – 28, 2019

2. The OIC will have have the following functions:

2.1Act as Office-In-Charge in the absence of the Principal due to her travel

abroad for a vacation;
2.2Takes charge of the school office, kits record and reports;
2.3Entertains visitors especially with regards to official matters;
2.4Makes decisions wisely when problems arise; and
2.5Coordinators and cooperates with the community and other agencies.

3. It is expected that all teachers will give their wholehearted cooperation to

the OFFICER-IN-CHARGE in order to maintain the daily routine and usual
flow og the district activities.

4. It is desired that the contents of this memorandum be desseminated to all

concerned.
