SUBJECT: UNDERTAKING
We here by undertake that we will replace the NIBP adult CUFF (size: M+) with NIBP infant CUFF (size: XS)
and SpO2 sensor adult with SpO2 sensor infant against 3 anesthesia machines supplied in children hospital
PIMS, we will replace the items as per requested by the end user. Items detail is mentioned below;

1. NIBP adult CUFF (size: M+) is to be changed with NIBP PEADS CUFF (size: XS).
2. SpO2 sensor adult to be changed with SpO2 sensor infant.
