Brief History

The business was formerly owned by the sister of the current owner. Like any other
business, it started small. The former owner was only looking for extra income, she started the
business with the help of her son. Since her son is now working abroad, my mother decided to
take over and continue the business with the help of her siblings. At first the cooking was done
at Apalit, but since the business is located at San Matias they decided to rent a part of a building.
In that small place, the cooking is now close.

Challenges in the Business Operations

In every business, we can’t prevent to have

competitors. There are other food related business
like ours in a close distance. We can’t also prevent
the cook to be sick and that is also one challenge.
Since our business is food related, the price of the
ingredients might go up which leads to our
disadvantage.

Advice

Have perseverance. It’s ok to start small, it

will eventually grow. Don’t forget that there are
other people in your surroundings who are willing
to help you.
