I am Huruy Gebreslassie, a Master of Technology student, in Civil Engineering with Specialization

in Construction Management at the School of Sharda University. I am in the process of making
my final project, the topic being “Study on Time Delay Analysis for Road Construction”. This
research is aimed to identify the key factors influencing to delay in construction project
performance mainly on Lideta Tsebel-Timbaho monopo -Bulgaria mazoria-Lancha-Israel
Garage-Meskel flower (Gazebo) Road Project. To identify the delay factors, to deliver the
reasonable solutions and to improve the project performance by conducting analysis from project
leadership, organizational and external factors are necessary. In context to the same, I have
prepared a questionnaire, which I would request you to fill up. I would like to confirm you that
your response will be kept strictly confidential and it will be used exclusively for the purpose of
this research.
