The deflection of the handle initiates the load to move into the direction
matching the handle movement.
14
Crane Operator’s Manual
If the master switch is deflected to one direction then the motion speed will
increase according to the drive’s ramp limited up to the reference matching
the deflection position of the handle. This reference speed is continuously
adjustable from zero up to the maximum speed level currently permitted.
This means that if the drive is free, the speed can be preset from zero to
rated speed. While if there is a limitation to lower speed, the full of range of
the master switch is rated to this lower speed level.
If the master switch is brought to the opposite direction, the speed will be
electrically reduced to zero first before starting into the other direction.
During this period the brake remains opened all the time.
If the master switch is brought back to its zero position, the speed will also
be reduced electrically first until nearly zero before the brakes are applied
for smooth stopping.
There are 2 small push buttons (item 10, 11) on top of the master switch for
spare.
Push this button will activate the spreader rotate to the home position.
When the spreader is at home position, this green indicator lamp will light.
