premise and allowed him minutes of your precious time. Mr. Canson has discussed with me about
the minutes of your meeting.

Second, I would like to apologize from our last conversation over the phone. I needed to rush and I
believe I became too aggressive in my conversation with you. I am hoping we can give ourselves a
fair chance to meet in person and hope to arrive into an agreement.

with an area of more or less (20,000) twenty thousand square meters located at 1 Mercury Street
cor. C5 ave., Eastwood Pasig City covered by TCT # ___________________________.

next Saturday, November 04, 2017 or at your own time of convenience? I will bring my ITR as
proof of my capacity to pay so that we will not be wasting our time as negotiations take place. There
are some pertinent details I would like to personally clarify regarding your property and conditions.
Anything we have agreed into shall be stipulated into another letter of intent or offer to buy to
formalize necessary procedures in your favor.
