Division Memorandum On 2019 BE Best Implementing Schools Regional Validation
DIVISION MEMORANDUM
DM-2019-256
1. The Regional Validators (7) compose of the following will be evaluating the BE Best
Implementing Schools in our division on August 4-6, 2019:
Chairperson: DARIUS C. NIETO Project Development Officer IV, ESSD
Members: PRODIMA Q. AGLUGUB Education Program Specialist I, ESSD
JOSE RITCHIE B. PEREZ Project Development Officer II, ESSD
ELMER P. SABADO Draftsman II, ESSD
SARAH Q. CASUGA Education Program Supervisor, FTAD
Representative(s) from the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD) may
join the team for the monitoring and evaluation of the Happy Schools Movement.
2. Prepare the six (6) criteria if you have not yet done with these to make the validation faster.
Be ready with these parts of evaluation so you can pinpoint or trace at once the actual
accomplishments or works done on these portions. The verification will be done at the same
time for all the criteria so assign your teachers to present the MOVs needed. This validation
will last only for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes.
3. With regard to this, there will be a short meeting on July 23, 2019 at 3:30 PM at the SDO
Conference Room front only. The agenda will be the following:
a) The participants to the meeting are the school heads, assigned teachers of the six
criteria, and the coordinators to be checked.
b) The preparation of the six criteria coming from the Regional Office.
c) The processes of the evaluation done by the Regional Team according to
experience.
d) The completeness of the service credits to be given to the teachers.
e) The Certificates of Appearance and Recognitions to be given to the members of the
Regional Team by each school.
f) The tokens to be given by each schools to the members of the Regional Team.
g) The foods and snacks to be served during the breakfast up to the dinner for the
members of the Regional Team.
h) Other issues and concerns regarding the evaluation.
