AFFIDAVIT OF RECOVERY

I, ANTONIO S. LIMON, Filipino citizen, of legal age, presently

residing at B4 L18 Poland St., Mandarin Homes, G.M.A., Cavite, after
being sworn in accordance with law, depose and say:

THAT, sometime on December 2018, I filed an Affidavit of

Loss of my title, TCT No. T- 377687, situated at Parian, Calamba
City, Laguna with an area of 176 square meters, more or less
with the office of Register of Deeds, Calamba Laguna Branch;

THAT, sometime January, 2014, I accidentally discovered the

owner’s original copy of the said missing title in one of my folded
clothes inside my cabinet;

THAT, this affidavit is being executed to attest to the truthfulness

of the above facts, to request the office of the Register of Deeds to
CANCELL the annotation of Loss on TCT No. T- 105663 and for
any lawful purpose it may serve.
