    In spite of many verbal warning and discussion your attendance record of theory and clinical

    still reveals that you are 17 days absent in the Month of November to June without any

    information and prior permission. Your act is against the training Rules set by Pakistan

    Nursing Council.

    Hence, you are strictly directed to refrain from this practice otherwise the management of

    School of Nursing KGH is authorized to take any disciplinary action against you according to

    Pakistan Nursing Council training rules.
