checklist and PM Checklist )
▪ Preparation consumable for nitrogen equipment to ready for
job.
➢ Preparation Coil Tubing Unit ready for job and checklist function test

▪ Prepare power pack for functions test ( lifting gear, Pre/ Post

➢ Acidizing on PHE ONWJ, SAKA, Petronas.

➢ Cleaning Well using Certain Percentage of Acid (Acid will break Lime
stone that is trapped inside well) to increase Well Production.
➢ Sand Clean Out on PHE ONWJ, SAKA and Petronas.
➢ Cleaning well using Water mixed with chemical (Foam, Friction
Reducer) and Nitrogen (Fluid Pump and Nitrogen Pump run at the same
time / commingle) pumped into well to push Sand out of a well.
➢ Pumping Sand that is mixed with chemical to formation / reservoir.
➢ Cement Squeeze on PHE ONWJ West Java
➢ Pumping Cement to plug the perforation after Sand Frac.
➢ Pumping Sand Trap Chemical to the well for stop sand go up with gas or
oil
 Nitrogent Pump Operator.

➢ Cleaning well using Water mixed with chemical (Foam, Friction

Reducer) and Nitrogen (Fluid Pump and Nitrogen Pump run at the same
time / commingle) pumped into well to push Sand out of a well.
