Strategic Business Developer

 Researching Individuals & Organisations to identify new leads.

Business Analyst

 Driving and challenging the presumptions of business units on how will they
successfully execute their plans.

 Liaison between technology teams, support teams and business units

 Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize

and enhance our integration.

 Analyzing information from surveys and workshops, task analysis and business

process description.

 Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide

by those requirements for future projects.

 Create a visual of industry trends of competitors so organisations can predict how

services will fare in the marketplace.


Research Analyst

 Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover preferences.

 Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.

 Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases

are accurate.

 Identify and understand problems through forecasting, gap analysis, quantitative

reporting and statistical research.

 Research on various sectors.

Event Planner

 Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements
within time limits.

 Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering,
entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment,
promotional material etc.

 Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing
any deals.

 Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.

 Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.

 Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.

 Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the
event day.

 Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes.


HR & Talent Acquisition Executive

 Handling both IT & Non-IT recruitment.

 Implement effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques.

 Maintaining strong relationship with vendors / Placement officers.

 HR activities such as Payroll coordination, Document Management, Issuing offer


letter, feedback, Employee engagement, Enforcement of policies.

 Knowledge about Recruiting process, HRIS & ATS will be a plus.

 Be Enthusiastic about the new technologies with help in automation of a lot of the
above points.

 Solid Communication skills with Leadership abilities.

Content Writer

 Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers.

 Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site.

 Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms ( website, blog, articles,

 Social updates, banners, case studies, white papers, etc.)

 Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party
platforms.

 Edit content produced by other members of the team.

 Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.

 Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.


DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 Devising and implementing a growth strategy to meet our goals

 Working with our product and content team to drive brand awareness and adoption,
by spearheading various campaigns

 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media and display advertising campaigns

 Design, build and maintain our social media presence

 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess
against goals (ROI and KPIs)

 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the
insights

 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across


multiple channels and customer touch points

 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for


adoption where appropriate

 Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

 Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital
platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job
 Speaking skills: These will mainly be deployed internally. You will need to be able
to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital
technologies work and what their marketing application is

 Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but
frequently visual as well

 Web development skills: A digital marketing executive is not a software developer,


but you will need sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search
engine optimization and advanced Word and Power point skills

 Project management skills: Digital marketing executives also need to be good at


handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines

MARKET ANALYST

 Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires,
and opinion polls

 Gather data about competitors, market conditions, Speakers, Audience etc

 Monitor and developing strategies to improve market reach

 Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies trends
