PRAYER

Wherefore in the light of the issues raised, arguments advanced and authorities cited, it is
humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to adjudge and declare that:

 Prohibiting women of a particular age group from entering Lord Jogeshwara temple is
violative of the Fundamental rights under article 14,15,21,25 enshrined under the
Constitution of Indiana, and the claim for the exclusion of the women from religious
workship founded in religious text, is subordinate to the Constitutional values of Liberty,
Equality and dignity.
 The accused are guilty of abduction and murder of Reema and Riya under section
362,364 and 302 of Indian Penal Code,1860. And the High Court of Arya Pradesh erred
in acquitting them.
 All accused ar guilty of committing rape of Riya under 376 D of the Indian Penal
Code,1860

And pass any other order that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of
justice,equity and good conscience.

All of which is humbly prayed,
