JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

I, NENY Q. LERES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, a resident of Purok 6

Central Poblacion, Kalilangan Bukidnon, hereby freely execute the following
Judicial Affidavit after having been sworn to in accordance with law,
informed and instructed that I must answer the following questions
according to what I personally know on the matter and that being under
oath, I may face criminal liability for false testimony or perjury, I hereby
depose and say, in answer to the questions asked of me:

Q: What can I help you?

A: I would like to tell regarding the vote buying incident that I had
witnessed;

Q: Where and when did you witnessed this incident?

A: I had seen this personally at around 11 am at P 6 Central Poblacion,
Kalilangan Bukidnon adjacent to the COMELEC Office;

Q: Please narrate what had happened?

A: At around 11 am, while I was waiting for my friend in that area, I had
seen a lot of people coming out from the house of Melanie Penaflor and
upon talking with those persons that come out from said house, they
showed me a leaflet containing the name Eleazar Karl Concemino and
attached to the back of said leaflet was a stapled money, one fifty pesos
and one twenty pesos bill;

Q: Who is this Eleazar Karl Concemino?

A: He is a candidate for municipal councillor in Kalilangan Bukidnon;

Q: What did those people told you?

A: They told me that they are given the said leaflets with money on it for
the voting this election;

Q: What else did you observed and did?

A: I had observed the vehicle service owned by LC Consemino in front of
the said house mentioned, he is the niece of Eleazar Karl Concemino;

Q: I had nothing more to ask you, do you have anything more to add?
A: Nothing more sir.
