LESSON PLAN

INTRODUCTION

Most people feel bad about themselves from time to time. Feelings of low self-esteem may be triggered by

being treated poorly by someone else recently or in the past, or by a person's own judgments of him or

herself. This is normal. However, low self-esteem is a constant companion for too many people, especially

those who experience depression, anxiety, phobias, psychosis, delusional thinking, or who have an illness or a

disability. If you are one of these people, you may go through life feeling bad about yourself needlessly. Low

self-esteem keeps you from enjoying life, doing the things you want to do, and working toward personal

goals.

I. OBJECTIVE

At the end of the lesson students should be able to:

1. develop active participation


2. develop social behavior
3. develop inner potential

II. SUBJECT MATTER

1. Topic about knowing your self-conidence.


2. Material/s: Laptop, projector, power point presentation, and video

presentation

III. PROCEDURE

1. Review

• The teacher will ask if what is self-confidence in their own understanding.


2. Motivation
• the teacher will present a video clip that inspire everyone to boost their self-confidence.
3. Learning Process
•the teacher will group them into five (5), and each group will give a summary of what they've

learned about the video clip.


4. Analysis
• the teacher will set the whole group if who will the first presentor the summary.
5. Generalization
• In the saying that " if you believe your self nothing is impossible" it means that with your self

confidence you can express your creative ideas, and passion to achieve your goals in life.
6. Application
• the teacher will give a task each group to have a play or dramatice a scenario that relates self-

confidence.

IV. EVALUATION

1. What is self-confidence?
2. Why we need self-confidence?
3. What is the benefits of having self-confidence?
4. Why does people have no confidence?

V. ASSIGNMENT

Essay: (100 words) in a short bond paper equivalent to 20pts.
