6. Well Control Risks

• No well control issue experienced.
Reservoir Pressure • Production from RINDU, MASP 45 psi
• Pressure may be higher than anticipated due to Steam
Potential Risk:
Reservoir Fluid • Uncontrolled flow of hydrocarbon or steam to surface
• Higher GOR causing high shut-in pressure and flammability

6
Completion & Workover – DURI09857 – 5G-0302A

• Presence of H2S causing personnel injury

• Hot water or crude oil causing personnel injury.
Potential Risk:
• Well is produced from Rindu
Fluid Losses
• In case need LCM, there's risk for shortage of LCM. However,
Service provider can deliver to location within 30 km
Potential Risk:
Mechanical Condition of • Plunger and rods left in hole unable to recover
• Tubing stuck, unable to pull with maximum capacity
Well Bore
• Tubing broken/ collapsed after pulling
• Sand/ clay fill up wellbore, blockage the annulus

the interval to be
completed/isolation
Surrounding injector wells may have impact (i.e. cause well control
event) to the wellbore. Shut in active steam injector nearby below:
1. 5G0303A-R, 78 m (already shut in)
Offset Injector Wells 2. 5G0103A-R, 172 m (already shut in)
Management Plan Monitor steam injector below, shut in if experience initial killing
problem:
1. 5G0503A-R, 170 m
2. 4G0313A-R, 191m
Other No other significant risks were evaluated.

7. Completions Fluid Management Plan

• Initial Killing use Fresh or Formation water (8.33ppg). Fill up well to cool
down or/and maintain over balance.
• If water density is not enough to kill the well then completion fluid density
can be determined as following formula (ensure well’s annulus or string has
been filled up with fresh or formation water) :
KF ppg = 8.33 ppg + {(Shut-in Pressure*)/(0.052 x TVD)} + 0.5 ppg (SF)
Minimum
* If bullheading through tubing use SITP
Overbalance
If bullheading through annulus use SICP
• Completion Fluid Brine i.e. KCL, NaCl and combination of Sodium Formate
and Sodium Nitrate are commonly used for killing fluid within the area
operation which will be provided by a third-party Contractor
• Based on history, this well doesn’t have killing problem history. In case found
pressure, we will use safety factor 0.5 ppg

7
Completion & Workover – DURI09857 – 5G-0302A

• Maximum pore pressure is 8.61ppg, which is slightly high than water, but for
initial killing will use water at first then stabilized shut in pressure will be use
to calculate KF. Please prepare estimate 9 – 9.5ppg KF.
Expect low/high fluid losses from Rindu sand, up to 20 BPH
Mitigation for Fluid Loss:
- Refer to IBU SMO Loss circulation SOP section 2.2
- There are 2 tanks available in rig site with both have maximum 200 bbls
capacity or total for 2 tanks are 400 bbls. With average pump rate 2-5 bpm, 2
tanks could supply water for 80 – 200 minutes depends on the fluid loss and
supply water from killing line.
- Each of area has dedicated stand pipe or central gathering station (either
treated formation water or fresh water): Stand pipe 5U and 6L Brine and Mud
Fluid loss are provided by third party contractor (PT. Matra Unikatama).
control plan - With 1 load of vacuum or tanker capacity is 60 bbl., we need 7 load to full the
tank. We need the vacuum to re-fill up rig tank every 12 – 30 minutes to get
continues pumping (assuming no fluid in the tank).
- Based on assessment, the access road to location is good enough for vacuum
truck to reach the location. The availability of vacuum truck to be discussed
with operation team in Pre-Operation Meeting.
- If polymer is needed. Chemical for mixing polymer will be provided by service
company (Matra Unikatama) which base is located within 30 KM from the
field.

4. Notes in the tour report if there is any anomaly such as fluid cut, sand fill, scale,
etc
5. Please discuss with Fisherman and TL Operation if any deviation.

In case Rig did not successful to pull out stuck tubing pump and have to pending
well, make sure to TIH tubing pump (instead of OE tubing) so Rig still able to
perform pressure test Xmas tree (all tree, connections, stuffing box, or sample cock
whichever applicable) to 500 psi + MASP as per stated in WSEA 10-L

9 CLEAN OUT SAND TO PBTD

RIH with mule shoe and clean out sand to PBTD.

Ensure water supply is enough during clean out

Option for clean out sand on a loss circulation condition,

1. Pump fluid into wellbore with max rigs pump rate
2. Pump using 40 smf polymer. If well is still experiencing loss circulation, increased 6
completion viscosity by 10 smf until max of 80 smf.
3. Aerated polymer
4. Use Foam whenever required if there is experience loss circulation

10 CONDUCT PRESSURE TEST CASING

Before performing Pressure test please isolate lower zone by setting packer
(serco/DCS) or dump sand and cement cap if necessary. Pressure Test casing with
300 PSI and hold for 5 mnts.

IF test casing is OK - continue with the next original program.

IF there is any indication of casing leak, perform the following step: 8
1. Locate casing leak by adjusting packer depth setting or by using pressure washer
2. Perform injectivity test with low rate and record as a base line for Squeeze
Cementing Design
3. Prepare next step to do Squeeze Job.

Other options or detail information please discuss with TL Operation

11 RUN CEMENT BOND LOG USIT/URS FROM TBA TO SURFACE

Refer to on scheduled program : DURI0985720190523LOG14

Evaluate cement bond quality from TBA to Surface to identify cause of Bubbling.

Send CBL -USIT/URS result to PE and CE. If found bad bonding (CE will decide) 12
conduct Squeeze improve bonding. Please see improve bonding job contingency
plan. Conduct injectivity test before Improve Bonding.
