• Maximum pore pressure is 8.61ppg, which is slightly high than water, but for
initial killing will use water at first then stabilized shut in pressure will be use
to calculate KF. Please prepare estimate 9 – 9.5ppg KF.
Expect low/high fluid losses from Rindu sand, up to 20 BPH
Mitigation for Fluid Loss:
- Refer to IBU SMO Loss circulation SOP section 2.2
- There are 2 tanks available in rig site with both have maximum 200 bbls
capacity or total for 2 tanks are 400 bbls. With average pump rate 2-5 bpm, 2
tanks could supply water for 80 – 200 minutes depends on the fluid loss and
supply water from killing line.
- Each of area has dedicated stand pipe or central gathering station (either
treated formation water or fresh water): Stand pipe 5U and 6L Brine and Mud
Fluid loss are provided by third party contractor (PT. Matra Unikatama).
control plan - With 1 load of vacuum or tanker capacity is 60 bbl., we need 7 load to full the
tank. We need the vacuum to re-fill up rig tank every 12 – 30 minutes to get
continues pumping (assuming no fluid in the tank).
- Based on assessment, the access road to location is good enough for vacuum
truck to reach the location. The availability of vacuum truck to be discussed
with operation team in Pre-Operation Meeting.
- If polymer is needed. Chemical for mixing polymer will be provided by service
company (Matra Unikatama) which base is located within 30 KM from the
field.

1 MIRU RIG. 12
2 N/D PRODUCTION LINE. 2
3 CHECK SICP AND SITP, RECORD IN WELLVIEW. LINE UP LINES FROM CASING AND
TUBING TO TANK. BLEED OF CASING AND TUBING PRESSURE TO 0 PSI (OR AS
LOWEST AS POSSIBLE). CONTINUE TO KILL THE WELL.
Make sure to kill the well properly before commencing workover operation and
also maintain primary well Control at all time (WSEA 3A and 3B)
Last killing history: Used ttl 1080 bbls water 8.33 ppg and ttl 520 bbls KCL water up
to 9.6 ppg. SICP : 45 psi, SITP :30 (Unsuccessful killing)
If found clay problem in previous job, please use 2-8% KCl in killing fluid
STEP 1:
Pump water with 2-6 bpm every ~100 bbls. Shut in, check pressure and bleed off.
Maximum total volume to be pumped is 1500 bbls 36
STEP 2:
a. IF steam still in return, shut in another injector nearby or Suspect contributed
steam, continue cooling down for another 500 bbls with maximum pump rate
b. IF no steam in return, measure fluid return weight and calculate required KF using
below formula:
KF (ppg) = 8.33 (ppg) + 0.5 ppg (SF) + (Shut-in Pressure (psi)*)/(0.052 x TVD top of
perforation (ft))
Pump KF with maximum 2 times wellbore volume
STEP 3:
Pump polymer 40-80 smf with LCM 40-80 ppb, XX bbls maximum 2 times wellbore
volume
For any other issue or option during initial killing, please discuss with CE and TL Ops
IF well still flowing, discuss with CE and TL Ops for pending job option

Completion & Workover – DURI09857 – 5G-0302A
Note,
1. If TOF is not clear please Run IB, next job will be decided based on IB result.
2. Do not conduct back off tubing for WPF Rig (if need to back off tubing, please
suspend job and move out rig)
3. Please do inspect pulled tubing string condition (every tubing, nozzles, mandrel
and cup packer). Report for any anomaly
4. Notes in the tour report if there is any anomaly such as fluid cut, sand fill, scale,
etc
5. Please discuss with Fisherman and TL Operation if any deviation.
In case Rig did not successful to pull out stuck tubing pump and have to pending
well, make sure to TIH tubing pump (instead of OE tubing) so Rig still able to
perform pressure test Xmas tree (all tree, connections, stuffing box, or sample cock
whichever applicable) to 500 psi + MASP as per stated in WSEA 10-L

10 CONDUCT PRESSURE TEST CASING
Before performing Pressure test please isolate lower zone by setting packer
(serco/DCS) or dump sand and cement cap if necessary. Pressure Test casing with
300 PSI and hold for 5 mnts.
Evaluate cement bond quality from TBA to Surface to identify cause of Bubbling.
Send CBL -USIT/URS result to PE and CE. If found bad bonding (CE will decide) 12
conduct Squeeze improve bonding. Please see improve bonding job contingency
plan. Conduct injectivity test before Improve Bonding.

Completion & Workover – DURI09857 – 5G-0302A
Install tubing hanger and pressure test to 650 psi or 500 psi + MASP hold 5 mnts as
per WSEA 10 H.
2
RIH with new tubing pump 2.25 inch and set pump at 583 ft
Perform pressure test Xmas tree (all tree, connections, stuffing box, or sample cock
whichever applicable) to 500 psi + MASP as per stated in WSEA 10-L.
1
Conduct test pumping 300 psi - 10 minutes to make sure pump can be normally
operated
If it is OK- Continue R/D Rig,
If leaking - Re POH Tubing Pump & check, change TP if needed
