With reference to your advertisement on the Himalayan Times on 7th Baisakh 2075 for the post of an

Briefly my relevent experience and qualification are as follows:

I have completed BALLB and LLM under the faculty of law, Tribhuvan University. I have specialized in Criminal law
and International law. I have participated in various international moot courts and have won the title of best
mooter several times which I have attached in my CV.

For the past five years i have been working as an Attorney for Pioneer Law Associates, where my role has been to
firstly apply the law to specific situations and secondly to advise clients on various criminal matters. Besides I have
been teaching criminal law as an Associate Professor in Nepal Law Campus since 2070 BS. All of this experience has
provided me with the opportunity to witness and understand the criminal law in Nepal.

I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a pleasant, assertive manner. Good at problem
solving skills , I am able to handle a high workload, and competent in analysing complex legal situations .I have
extensive experience of representing clients in court and presenting and summarizing cases to judges and jury. In
addition to this I can expertly carry out research as well as interview clients and witnesses outside a courtroom
setting.

I thrive on being on the front line and am fully confident in my ability to handle legal issues and communicate
sound legal opinions , prepare legal documents and make informed decisions I have always found this kind of work
interesting and enjoyable and have had a good relationship with the clients who have been in my care.
