Institution registered and recognized in accordance with Philippine laws, with

represented by its School President, Maria Genesa P. Lucero- Malaran
herein referred to As the “FIRST PARTY”. ,
SAMMY TRACKING, a corporation/company
established in accordance with laws of the Philippines, , located at
Rizal Avenue, TIGUMA DISTRICT Pagadian City

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, RAIN FOREST TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTE, INC.

is offering DRIVING NC II a duly registered TVET program
under TESDA, entered into partnership with SAMMY TRACKING,
a corporation/company duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of
the Philippines, for the 155 hours work immersion or employment of the
deserving student-scholars, after their training of the said institution and or industry
exposure.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this __ day of
