Sub: Complaint regarding missort package (Air bill number - 619732942)

Dear Madam/Sir

On mm/dd/yyyy I had a package to be delivered by Federal Express. The parcel contained critical
deliverables that were crucial to the presentation. The presentation catered global influential
business leaders and was of high importance to our organization. I had been preparing for this
event for months. The mismanagement of the delivery service impacted my performance. The
deliverables designed were supposed to establish the link to the audience and ensure the free
flow of ideas. The last-minute changes affected my performance and also risked the institution’s
name.

The last-minute vandalization caused by irresponsible services had adverse effects and
endangered my academic and institutional reputation. In place of the damages caused, I would
demand the rightful compensation of 10,000 $.

Fed Ex is known as an efficient global company. I have had numerous mentions of Fed Ex in my
lectures. I am deeply hurt and disturbed by the service and incapacity of the company. I sincerely
hope that the issue of missorted packages are resolved so that customers are not deprived of the
entitled services.
