4 The distances required for transformer cooling have been respected on all sides
5 The transformer room is clean and not liable to flooding
6 The room is properly ventilated, with a clean air inlet at the bottom of the wall and an outlet at the top
7 The plastic cover remained in place up to commissioning day
8 There is no condensation or foreign bodies on the transformer (dust, greasy substances, conducting particles...)
9 Energised parts are at the minimum required distance from surrounding exposed conductive parts.

10 The MV and LV cables are supported, and are at the correct distance from the MV windings
